Resep Membuat Sate kambing

  1. Campurkan 500 gr daging kambing.
  2. Campurkan Bumbu halus :.
  3. Siapkan 6 siung bawang merah.
  4. Campurkan 3 siung bawang putih.
  5. Kamu Membutuhkan 1 sdt ketumbar.
  6. Campurkan 1,5 sdt gula jawa, sisir.

Langkah - Langkah Membuat Sate kambing

  1. Bersihkan, cuci dan potong-potong dadu daging kambing, sisihkan.
  2. Siapkan bumbu-bumbunya, lalu haluskan.
  3. Campurkan bumbu halus, nanas parut/serut dan kecap manis, aduk rata, diamkan 5-10 menit, kemudian tata daging ke tusukan sate, sisihkan.
  4. Panaskan bakaran, sebelumnya olesin dengan minyak sedikit biar tidak lengket, kemudian bakar sate sampe matang, jangan lupa dibolak balik dan oles dengan sisa2 bumbu rendaman td.
  5. Siapkan bahan pelengkap, timun, tomat dan kol, cuci bersih, dan kemudian potong2 sesuai selera, untuk sambal kecap, cuci bersih cabe lalu potong2 trz campur dengan kecap manis dalam wadah, bejek2 dikit biar pedasnya keluar, sisihkan.
  6. Sajikan sate kambing dengan timun, tomat, kol beserta sambal kecapnya, selamat mencoba 😊👍.
