Resep Membuat Sate Kambing homemade 🍡

  1. Kamu Membutuhkan Secukupnya daging kambing/sapi.
  2. Campurkan Secukupnya hati sapi/kambing.
  3. Campurkan Secukupnya nya gajih/lemak sapi/kambing.
  4. Siapkan Bumbu halus :.
  5. Kamu Membutuhkan 10 siung bawang merah.
  6. Campurkan 5 siung bawang putih.
  7. Siapkan 3 butir kemiri sangrai.
  8. Kamu Membutuhkan 1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk.
  9. Campurkan 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
  10. Campurkan 1 sdm gula jawa/gula merah.
  11. Siapkan Sejempol jahe.
  12. Campurkan 1/2 sdt garam.
  13. Siapkan Bumbu oles :.
  14. Kamu Membutuhkan Secukupnya margarine/blue band.
  15. Siapkan Secukupnya kecap manis.
  16. Kamu Membutuhkan Arang untuk membakar sate.

  3. Balurkan bumbu halus ke daging, aduk2 sampai rata, sesekali di remas2 agar bumbu meresap. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
  4. Tusuk2 daging (isi sesuai selara ya bund..).
  5. Siapkan pembakaran sate, jika arang sudah panas, mulai bakar sate, tunggu sampai setengah matang baru oles mentega dan kecap (margarine & kecap aduk2 jadi satu), kemudian bakar kembali sampai matang. Lakukan sampai sate nya matang semua..
  6. Sate yang udah jadi tata di piring, sajikan dg sambal kecap campur cabai, tomat dan bawang merah, hmmmm... Yummy 🤤.
